3D Printed 6Axis Robotic Arm

This was my first project at QSS, where I was tasked with developing a fully functional robotic arm. For this project, I designed and 3D printed the arm parts, integrated stepper motors into the arm, and developed a custom PCB controller for the system. I implemented all the necessary electronic components on the PCB and fully developed the Arm Controller PC software. The robotic arm features 6 axes of movement with a payload capacity of 2kg. It is programmable and can be controlled via a mobile app, offering versatile and user-friendly operation.

EV Vehicle Automated Charging Arm System

I worked on this project at LEAP24 in the QSS booth. It is an automatic charging system where the robotic arm picks up the charger from the charging station and plugs it into the robot Amr. In this project, I programmed the arm to pick and place the charger onto the robot Amr. The system operates in a loop, showcasing the charging process in a continuous cycle.

Automated Food Catering Arm System

The Saudi Catering Project involved automating the process of picking food items from a basket and placing them onto a tray using a Dobot robotic arm. I contributed to this project by implementing and configuring the robotic arm, integrating the Mech Mind Camera for food recognition, and developing the AI path-planning algorithm to guide the arm's pick-and-place actions. Additionally, I integrated the conveyor belt with a PLC module to ensure seamless operation. This project highlights my expertise in robotics, AI path planning, and system integration for industrial automation.

Automated Coffee Making Arm System

This is an automated coffee-making robotic arm system designed for a coffee shop. In this project, I planned the structure and programmed the robotic arm to pick up the portafilter, cup, and press the machine's button. The system was developed to make a single shot of espresso without any human assistance. Additionally, the project incorporates AI for validation tasks such as cup detection, monitoring coffee dripping, and verifying the cup placement.

Smart Conveyor Belt System

I designed this conveyor belt in 3D using SolidWorks, then 3D-printed and assembled all the parts. I also implemented the embedded system for its operation. It has two sensors to detect objects at the start and end points. The system is API-enabled for remote operation. I created this conveyor belt as part of a mini food factory system.
